Systems are an outcome of years of experience and R&D in Industrial Filtration.


Small footprint units can be used as Local /Central Stationary or mobile Skid Mounted Recycling system. When application is std. machining, Solutions suggested are the ABWD -Auto Back Wash Drum Recycling series.

 

When sludge and fines are involved (grinding, composite materials.) HMR -Hydrostatic Media Recycling series are suggested.

 

 

The Offline Central Coolants Recycling Conception:

System is installed near the Machines or away in the Swarf room ( distance is not an obstacle). Coolants are continuously extracted (by 2 main extraction pumps , one working , one St. by located at the piping end near the filter) from Machines one/few MC at a time (via a friendly programable HMI), filtered of solids, free of tramp oils , Ozone treated against bacteria’s and return to same MC/MC’s tanks to maintain the right coolant level. As Process is an “Of Line “process, MC’s productivity is not affected.
On the filter, an auto Top Up device connected to the factory RO and Emulsion preparation system maintain the right emulsion concentration.

The Coolants Piping can be over head or in floor depend on the workshop Lay-Outs and restrictions. 
At the MC’s existing tanks, we install a Hi/Low level sensor and 2 auto valves. One on the used coolant extraction line and second on the clean return line.


The shape, dimensions and appearance of piping vary from one application to another.

As the unit is an Off-Line system, flow rate and coolant tank capacity is not an issue. The main idea is to periodically treat each MC by replacing used coolant, fill with clean recycled one, filter the coolant inclusive piping flushing to prevent solids to settle and go to next MC. One after another. So, during the day all machines sumps are recycled several times.

  1.0.ABWD Module for Machining applications consist of:

• Modular Auto Back Wash Drum Filter modules.
• Auto Back Wash unit utilizing clean effluent to remove fines from the filter.
• 25-40-micron levels of filtration.
• Debris are discharged into a through away or washable bag filter.
• Main and secondary Tramp Oil Separation to assure 98-100% oil removal.
• Anti-Bacterial treatment with Ozone.
• Full Control on MC’s sumps.
• Friendly HMI with parametric set up to fit applications.
• Maintenance Free system.

 

2.0.HMR Module for sludge removal consist of;
• Hydrostatic Media Filter modules.
• 10-30-micron levels of filtration.
• Fines are removed with the media and disposed in an integral bin.
• Media Sensor to notify periodically media replacement.
• Main and secondary Tramp Oil Separation to assure 98-100% oil removal.
• Anti-Bacterial treatment with Ozone.
• Full Control on MC’s sumps.
• Friendly HMI with parametric set up to fit applications.
• Minimal Maintenance ( only media replacement from time to time).
